When I use IE plugins to open an attachment in the qvw file, it is redirected to a wrong format of URL as below.
I dont know how %20http gets inserted in the URL. If I use Ajax plugins, there is no issue at all.

%20 show that you have space at that position.
So whenever you have space in url it will be shown as %20.

It works fine, if I open it on Win7 machine and all winxp machine gives this issue. Attached is the example where I have open the same URL from a win7 machine

The only thing I see that user get a prompt for application lauch, which I want to remove it so that when user click on the link opens without any prompt
