Unable open QlikSense Dekstop

Hi All,

I upgraded my QlikSense Dekstop to 3.2 SR4 however it keep stuck more than 20 minutes as per screenshot.

Do you restart the PC? try this first of all.

What version do you have previous?

I restarted doesn't work. Previously QS 3.2 Sr2
