Qlik Sense Desktop Resolution Fail

Hello!,

After installing Windows10 (had 8.1 before) I've got this ugly resolution problem.

Using Sense in browser helps but some of functions are still missing.

In another thread, facing same resolution problem (Qlik Sense Desktop - Screen Resolution Issue), suggestion was to add some parameters to services.conf file.

--high-dpi-support=1

--force-device-scale-factor=1

Which did not help either.

Do you guys have any other suggestions for solving this?

After contact with support the following were suggested and solved:

My screen settings were sat up on 150% resolution (text, applications and other objects)

Changing it to 125 or 100 solved the whole problem.

Have you tried uninstalling the Qlik Sense Desktop completely and reinstalling it again? I'd expect the issue to be solved with a fresh install...

Already tried.

And even took older versions.

The issue remain. But the solution got somewhat bigger.

And I also modified services.conf file.

Actually considering going back to Windows 8.1.

Well, you must be inlogged for working in browser. So even that did not help

Dear Mariia,

Are you using qlik sense server because we have also resolution issues. I read over the community where they have suggested to configure the service.conf file but when a server is deployed the browser parameters section is not included in the file. Does resizing the server resolution helps to solve the problem with other users connecting through web?
