If you are backing up on the server only (meaning no zip) it backs up to an output folder inside the plug in directory for the source control assistant. For example, the path may be something like this: %ProgramFiles%\Qlik\Sense\EAPowertools\qmcutilities\plugins\sclite\output\%appguid%
