NPrinting Error Method "GetLayout" timed out when reloading Metadata

Hello everyone,

we are working with Nprinting since April with 17.3.0.0 version. Today we have reload metadata and the process ends with error "Method "GetLayout" timed out"

any ideas?

I believe you have successfuly reloaded metadata for this qvw in the past?

try rebooting nprinting box

yes , two days ago we did the last reloading.

We have rebooted Nprinting several times with no good results

There have been some performance issues resolved in the metadata reload step since 17.3.0. You might want to try with a later release.

After contacting with support, they suggested to upgrade to 17.3.1.

We have made it right now and the problem has disappeared, it seems everything is working fine.
