NPRINTING automatic e-mail dispatching function brings failure: (Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit )

Hi,

i´ve created a Task in NPROINTING for creating an Excel-Report, that is attached to an email. The mail is sended to about 30 recipients automatically over NPRINTING.

Sometimes (not always!) the following failure occurs:

So this recipient gets no mail in the end...

In most cases the Tasks runs without Problems and everybody gets a mail.

Can you help me?

Hi Marcus,

Please check with your SMTP server administrator. I suspect that the SMTP Server is configured to stop retrying after a set number of failed attempts. NPrinting simply logs the message returned from the server but has no control over it.

I agree with Daniel and Enrique.

I would to add that this is a normal SMTP servers configuration added to avoid that the server becomes a spam relay. So be aware about what you are doing if you remove/change this limitation.

There are third party SMTP server configured for mass mailing. You could evaluate to buy services from them instead of change your server configuration. You can search a supplier by using Google. These mass mailing SMTP server are configured in order to avoid spam but be able, at the same time, to send a lot of email messages in a small time.
