Hi, this could be a silly quesiton.

If I have prepared to export qliview report into excel template,how could I easily turn this into PDF report. I know in the preview section I could view it in PDF format, but how I could schedue it to produce PDF document using the excel template? Many thanks

Hi Ronald,

When you add your Excel report to the Publish Task, choose PDF as the Output format.

You have made my day easier. one more quick question, If I want to produce both Excel and PDF document from the same template, do I have to schedule the task twice? instead can I specify two output from the same template at a time?

I think I can , just specify two reports.

Hi Ronald,

Yes you can. Simply add the same report as many times as you like specifying different Output formats as needed.
