Share bookmarks between users

Is there a way to set up permissions in a manner that users can see bookmarks and stories that other users, either higher or lower on the totem pole of permissions, can see them as well?

The owner can create bookmarks and then publish the app, those bookmarks are available to everyone.

User stuff created is limited to current user

David is correct.  You can publish bookmarks that all users will be able to see and use.  But if a user creates one they are the only one that can see it.

I am not sure about Stories.

The bookmark creation by a user is logged in the audit logs?

Selection of a bookmark is logged, that i know, but i want to show in my application that which user created which bookmark. is that possible?
