Copy / copy to clipboard disabled in QV10 Ajax

Hi,

Not sure if this is a bug, a setting or work as design but in QV10 ajax client the copy function is disabled. Even the copy button on the captions disappears.

I successfully did this on a sample app. I used a v10SR2 server and Google Chrome.

Maybe the your app's developer intentionally disabled this option. If you have access to the qvw file, check the properties in Sheet Properties > Security.

I'm the developer and I decided to ask because the copy is available on Desktop.

The copy I'm refering to is the copy of data/images of charts or tables to clipboard and not the copy of the actual objects.

I hope I was clear this time.

Oh sorry, now I understood what you asked. The Copy function that I used in AJAX was a 'Copy Object'. Not what you need...

I'm having the same issue with the Copy not active in AccessPoint Documents but is available in Desktop App. Has anyone resolved this yet

Hi All,

I am using QV11 IR  version and trying to copy object from browser using Ajax mode. But spite activating Copy button i am unable to copy object.

Is is Bug or limitation of Qlikview Ajax

Can any one please help on this.
