Nprinting 17.3 how to cancel a cache rebuild file that is generating .

We tried stopping the services , deleting all the cache files (backing it up to a different location) ,  starting the services again , but the cache rebuilt is still generating . It has been generating for 13 hours so far

Have you tried to delete the connection in NPrinting?

When i re-add the connection , will existing reports / templates created on the connection work ?

Hi,

  Did you tried to force reload meta data in this 13 hours? If yes, I don't think so it will work. You need to take a backup of your reports.
