Hello,
I created bar char with dimension Year and measure
sum({$<Year={'2016'}>}sale) and everything works fine - I see on x-axis year 2016 with relevant values for sale. However, when I add second dimension Channel, on x-axis I see all values for Year, with not null values for year 2016.
In previous version of Qlik Sense everything was fine.
Is this a bug of latest version?
Thank you.
Petra
Don't set this at Dimension (this will be helpful if there are dimensions with null values) but at addon
Can you provide a screen shot of what it is doing?
I was working on a tutorial so I tried your chart out. I have the latest version of Qlik Sense (June 2017) installed just today. I was able to add a second dimension without seeing an issue. (the chart on the left has the 2nd dimension added - on the right is the single)
Used your expression for Year -- in my case the data didn't have 2016 so I used 2013
Sum({$<Year={'2013'}>}[Car sales])
Hello,
here is the screen shot. Thank you for your help!
Petra
Hi! Go to your dimensions on the menu on the right hand side and deselect "Include null values".
I also find this "feature" with Jun 2017
With one Dimension null-values are not shown, with a second Dimension they are shown.
Goto Addons an deactivate null values
Regards
Still the same.
I tried that but it does not work. I even tried table without null values and it is still the same.
Hi Petra,
look at this: Qlik Sense Desktop – Drill-down Group Dimension - YouTube
and try to implement it into your issue
i hope that helps
