I would suggest that you start with upgrading your environment to Qlik Sense June 2017 release, then read the online documentation about Advanced Analytics Integration. Ultimately, you will want to download Python related material from this site to and implement the samples...
One step that is not included in the Github article is that after installing everything, you have to restart Qlik engine services before everything will work. It won't show any sort of error message, things just won't fully integrate until the services are restarted.
