calculate difference between the same quarter over 4 years

Below (and attached) is a pivot table that displays values for the same quarter  over 4 different years.

I am trying to add a column that will show the difference between the same quarters over the last 4 years (e.g. Q1 2017-Q1 2016 , Q1 2018-Q1 2017 etc.)

and another column with the %difference (e.g (Q1 2017-Q1 2016) / Q1 2016... etc...)

How can this be achieved?

thanks but when i try to open the QVW in qliksense i get an empty sheet . i don't have Qlikview so i can't open it there. can you perhaps paste the expressions here?

Use

Dimension: Year and Quarter

Expression: Above(Sum(Sales))-Sum(Sales)
