Problems with Section Access and Active Directory Groups

Hello,

we are currently trying to get Section Access work with our Active Directory Groups. With regular AD Users it works. But when I replace the Username with the AD Group Name it does not work.

This is our security file loaded for Section Access:

ACCESS;NTNAME;DATENBEREICH

ADMIN;SERVICE_QLIK;*

USER;ADGROUPNAME;SECTION1

USER;MYUSERNAME;SECTION1

I can see the App in the Access Point and the content which is unlocked. But User in the AD Group ADGROUPNAME can't see the App.

Do you have any idea where our problem could be located?

It seems the AD Groups need the Domain Name at the beginnen: DOMAINNAME\ADGROUP

With that it seems to run after a small test.

I am little confused about how to correctly use AD Groups for Section Access.
