Hi there,
I want try to access the apps from our corporate Qlik Sense server. I can successfully authenticated to the hub
https://<our qlik sense server>/hub/my/work
using my credential and can see the apps but I cannot open any app. The reload page is permanently on.
I can too access the QMC in the mobile device. I wonder anyone can help?

Also bear in mind Apple iOS is quite fussy re https certificates and they have to be one supported by your version of iOS

But having said iOS is fussy re https certificates I think it is good fussy as security is important.
Having said the above I came across exactly the same symptoms with iOS a while back and it transpired that the certificate had not been installed correctly.

Did you try accessing the dashboard in an Android device? At least you can limit the issue to iOS ONLY.
