NPrinting 17.3 unable to identify extension

Hi,

I am using NPrinting 17.3 to generate a Qlik Sense report using PowerPoint as a template and generating the report as a pdf. I had recently added an extension (table) to the dashboard and generated the cache again in NPrinting. I am unable to see the object in the PowerPoint template. I have can see the extension in the Single Configurator tool in the Hub and can see an object id as well. But I don't see it when I am trying to edit the template.

I also don't see any objects from the 2nd or 3rd sheet and ONLY see objects from the 1st sheet.

Nprinting support extensions only from June version ,

and not all the extensions

Hi Liron,

I had downloaded the extension from Vizlib Table for Qlik Sense and it says that the version is v1.4.0.1 06/08/2017.

Any idea why it still doesn't come up?

the version you need

is nprinting June version

and even after upgrade , i don't sure it'll support this extensions

but it doesn't matter which version vizlib you use

it's nprinting version that matters

just checked it , and i can verify that in Nprinting june version , you'll be able to use vizlib table in your reports

When you say, NPrinting June version, do you mean NPrinting 17.4?

Nprinting 17.4 identify extensions but not all of them

here is the section in the release notes

"Support for Qlik Sense 3rd party extensions Starting from Qlik NPrinting June 2017 you can use Qlik Sense 3rd party extensions inside your templates as images, tables, and levels. There are some limitations that are described in details in the Qlik NPrinting help site"
