Date fields & Joins

Hi,

I have the following situation:

Excel 1

Date	Username
13/02/2017	A
14/02/2017	B

Excel 2

Created On	Project
13/02/2017	1
13/02/2017	2

I want it so that on the dashboard when i filter on 13/02/2017 it filters by both Date and Created On.

I think i need to join the two date fields together.

Can you help?
