qlik sense QMC : how to assign tokens to a group of user, instead of invidually?

Hi Guys,

I have no issue assigning/allocating token to any individual. But now, i have been given a task to allocate token to 50 users!!!

So guys, i am sure there's a way out there that i still do not know, please teach or guide me on:

How to assign tokens to a group of users, instead of invidually?

Hi Jim,

May  be like need to select all users from Users  group  and assign token to them.

Assign Custom properties to multiply users‌

I think same for token.

Jim you need to write an assignment rule (you find this option on the property panel just below the user ticket assignment) the rule need tu assigne tokens based on the user group. Something like this

User.group = <the group you like>

In this way if a user belonging to that group try to access Qlik, a token will automatically assigned to him/her a token if not yet assigned before
