Assigned calls have disappeared

Hi all,

The assigned calls are not showing in the QMC, although the users are still able to work with QV.

Any idea how to resolve this?

Maybe they have doc calls allocated, That screen is related to named cals

To fix, reassign the named cals to users

Hi Tim,

If you delete the PGO (Persisteng Group Object) files before unassigning licenses, you will lose that information, and you might need to license the server again. If you are using the SR1 of version 11, check the Events log file in the log folder, to see when the licenses have been assigned to what users. You can easily load this info into a QlikView app and do your own research.

I'd recommend you to take a look at the QlikView Power Tools that allow you to check server files, and download the latest version of the QlikView System Monitor, that can help you in this management tasks.

We had this issue several times in the past with older versions of QlikView. If memory serves, the resolution was to uninstall and then re-install the QMS service (you can keep the rest of the QV services, so you shouldn't lose any actual information/content, but I recommend a full backup just in case). No other attempts at resolving this issue worked, despite our best efforts and the best efforts of Qlik's regional representation.

Note that you will need the correct version of the QlikView Server installation file for this process, so make sure you have it available before you start.
