Monitoring apps are not installed during the system setup

Hi

I've just implemented two Qlik Sense environments (3.2 R1). In one of these environments, a clustered environment containing two servers, the monitoring apps are not installed.

I tried to export the monitoring app from the other environment and then import those into the cluster environment, but not succeed.

Do you have any idea why the monitoring apps are not installed during the setup and how I can get them implemented?

Something looks strange: when I look at the App folder in the Windows browser for this cluster I can see a lot of apps:

but in the App folder

but in the App folder in QMC or in the Hub there is no app visible!

I suggest you to do a Repair of your QS central node.

did you make some upgrade ?

also check your cluster app folder user permissions.

Should I stop all services on both servers to do it?

Are you sure that it will not destroy everything and I should not reinstall both servers?

I'm almost sure that you are right. just look at the logfiles. The only logfiles I can see is generated by the RIM node, and I cannot find any logfile related to the central node!

I'll let you know the result when it is done.
