Integrating Qliksense App without using QMC or Qlikserver or Qlik Enterprise edition.

1.I have only Qliksense Desktop. I want to embed my Qliksense app on to a website. How can I do that without using  QMC or Qlikserver or Qlik Enterprise edition. Say there is a login page, customer has to login to view my Qliksense App.

2. If so, my QVF file has to update based on the database. How do I connect it to database & how to auto update it from backend.

This is not possible with Qlik Sense Desktop because it´s locked for external access and also it doesn´t provide automatic reload of data. 

You need a Qlik Sense Enterprise Server to do all of those things.
