Bars getting hidden on Access point

What can be issue behind this? I can see the chart properly on my local machine but, the bars are getting hidden on Access point.

Can you post an example please?

First suggestion would be to check for access-security - is your view restricted by section access? Then you should observer the same phanomen, when opening the application from scratch (i.e. having all QV-instances closed before).
