Failed to retrive settings from Qlikview server

Dear All,

Getting the below message in the below path QMC -- System --- Qlikview Server.

"Failed to retrieve settings from Qlikview Server.

Make sure that the QVS is available with the correct credentials."

Requesting you people to help me to resolve this issue.

PS : All the services are restarted and running.
