Define my own classes in pie chart's "color by measure"

Is there a way to define my own classes when I set a pie chart's coloring to be by a measure?

I'd like to define a set of intervals (aka classes), like -1 to 0, 0.01 to 0.25, etc.

As far as I can see, I can only define the min and max of the range.
