How to add tags to master items

This will probably be a quick one -

How do I add a tag to a master item once its already created?  I select the master item that I want to edit and am able to edit the master item properties like Data and Sorting - but I don't see how I can edit the tags.

Once I select the edit pencil I cannot figure out how to edit the tags.

I'm not sure if following dialog box you are not seeing when you are trying to edit/add tags
