Pivot Table - Column Totals

In a pivot table,

is there a way to create a single column that shows me the total value of all columns, without splitting them by measures?

For clarification:

this is my current situation:

This is the situation I want to achieve (Pardon the aweful drawing skills):

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Tim

I'm taking select parts out of my total through set analysis with every measurement, so if I use the same measure without the set analysis, I should get the total.

That might still differ from the total if I'd sum all my columns as there might be a calculation error in the measures, but if there's not, it should work like that.
