Number format in map

Hey everyone,

So in my chart I have Sales Value as the data measure, and % Achievement as the color by measure. What I found is that the number format on the map does not change according to the format I want. In this case I've added %Ach as master item and covered the expression in Num(... '#,##0.0%'). Yet when I hover over the chart, %Ach is shown as 0.82 instead of 82%.

Could someone confirm if what I want is possible in Qliksense please?

Thank you so much!

You can add  <Expression>*100

HTH

Hi Vikas,

Thank you for your suggestion. Yes, that seems to be an acceptable workaround.

It would be great if Qliksense could show 82% with the % symbol though... Do you know if that's possible?

vikasmahajan

you can suffix  & '%'  with your formula

= ( (Cy-Ly)/Ly)*100 ) & '%'

Hey Vikas,

I get an error when I add & '%' to my measure.

But its ok, I'll make do without the % symbol. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi,

Does anyone know if this is possible in recent versions of Qlik Sense please?

I'm using Qlik Sense June 2019 but still unable to get the map to show the measure as a percentage. It displays as a decimal despite the same measure displaying as a % in a table and graph it is also used in.

Any help will be great.

Thanks!
