Nprinting: triggers are not sending email

Hi,

Triggers set to run daily in Nprinting is not working. When I run manually it works fine.

I have checked logs and don't see errors related to the task name.

Could please someone advise what should I be checking to get this trigger working.

the same email you are sending manually?

if no,  there is issue with the adding the user to the np,

are try to restart the scheduler services.

or   create a destination folder and schdule and see

The trigger runs but not sending email?

Hi,

Please:

- tell us the version of Qlik NPrinting you are using

- share the full logs (they don't contain any data) so we can check them

- check the SMTP server configuration in Qlik NPrinting

- check the SMTP server logs

- check the SMTP server anti-spam configuration. It is common that the SMTP server doesn't let you to send more then a fixed amount of emails in a fixed time range or that the SMTP server lets send email only at some specific users etc.

Issue was fixed by adding the email id to domino server.
