There are no font size settings in the Qlik sense default edit menus, however there is a trick to make font sizes bigger that works really well.
In the web browser the end user is using, go to the zoom setting. Adjust this to say 150% and you will see the font sizes increase and the charts and table will resize to try to fit the screen.
