NPrinting Template Error "still open"

Hi,

we created an Excel template with NPrinting 17 Designer.

Normaly it works fine but with one of the Reports we first get an general Error message when we try to open the Designer.

If we confirm this Error and try to open twice we got the Message that the Designer cannot be opened twice.

The Excel Template is still open in Local\Temp Folder.

Did anyone else got this Problem and how could this be prevent?

We recreated the Template now.

Thanks!

Annika

yes

you have to open designer at once a time ,

you can't open two designers at a time,

solution:

go to task manager -->process --> and kill the all running excels [End tak]

and open the designer it will work.

I know that you can't open two designers at a time.

there is no excel process running in the task manager.

Just the Excel Template is still open in the Local\Temp folder.

As suggested, in these cases, the solution is kill all the Qlik NPrinting Designer and Microsoft Office (Excel in this specific case) by using the Windows task manager. If this doesn't work, reboot the computer where the Designer was open, this will kill all crashed process.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
