Qlik Sense Enterprise version sharing capabilities

Hi,

With an enterprise version if an app is created and has to be shared with client, does client requires paid license to view the dashboard.

What are the options for the client to view the dashboard.

NO...The shared app can be opened with the Qlik Sense Desktop version too , which is free for download from the Qlik.com website.

The client would require paid licence only for Qlik Sense enterprise.

Thanks Prithvi! Just want to get it right, any app created in enterprise version can be viewed in Qlik Sense Desktop version without paid license.

it's correct except for those apps with section access that need Qlik Sense Enterpise with license.

Hi

No, You cant open an URL with Qlik Sense Desktop, you can send it as an app instead which can be opened in QS desktop.

If a non-Qlik User tries to access the URL, it will prompt him for Username and Password.

A Specific username and password should be allocated to him or he can use an existing Qlik User name and pwd
