Hello,
I've got a specific user who when logging into Access Point never gets past the loading content screen. We've let it set for 5 min. All other users do not have this issue.
I've had this same user log into another PC and same thing happens.
I've had this same user log into Chrome vs IE and same thing happens
I've deleted the user from CAL licenses and recreated them still not able to log in.
Any suggestions on how to look at log files on server to see if there is an error? Any other suggestions welcome.

It was but we think it was fixed with a network path. Nothing with Qlik resolved it.
