Nprinting: Combine the supervisor rollup data and the individual direct report data into one

Hi all,

We are working on creating an Nprinting report from a Qlik Sense App. 

Is there a way to combine the supervisor rollup/summary data and the individual direct report data into one, six page report for distribution to the supervisor via email?

• The Nprinting report needs to have page 1 be a view for a supervisor.  Page 1 will show rolled up data for the supervisor’s direct reports.  The remaining five pages would show individual performance for each of the supervisor’s five direct reports.  We are trying to avoid a manual process.

Any insights on the same would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Sujeet,

I would use an Excel type report. Build your summary information on Sheet1. Select sheet 2, Page on that sheet for the dimension you want to split into individual sheets (Direct Reports).

Page 1(MTD) & 2(YTD) will show rolled up data for the supervisor’s direct reports.  The remaining ten pages would show individual performance(MTD & YTD on two pages) for each of the supervisor’s five direct reports. 

Any insights on the same would be appreciated. Thank you!
