How to calculate the changes for 1 measure between 2 date in pivot table?

if  there are 2 measure i can easily use formula column 2-column 1 but for my case is only have 1 measure, and need to calculate the different between 2 date.

or

Expression - Before(Expression)

or

After(Expression) - Expression

or

Before(Expression) - Expression

Replace Expression with whatever expression you have in your chart
