Hub not opening - G3 Broker API

Hi community,

in server, where Qlik Sense is installed, we stopped internet connection. Till that moment QS worked fine, but now, after reboot something went wrong.

I know Qlik Sense can work without internet connection, but now I receive this kind of error when connecting to the HUB (while I can correctly open QMC):

Cannot establish connection: Qlik Sense G3 Broker API.

What's that? I can't find anything on web... can you help me please?

Hi Chris,

we set the service running on port 9028 as Automatic (Delayed) while QS services as Automatic.

Then we reboot machine and worked correctly.

I don't know what type of service of your is using port 9028, so evaluate if you can set it as Delayed or Manual...

As it turned out, we set the tag "ReadAccessControlMode" in the file C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Repository.exe.config to "RepositoryFiltering" instead of "EntityFrameworkFiltering" as advised by this KB article.

Seems to have fixed the issue.
