I could find  confused answer for this.

Some are saying that it is not supported.

But some are actually using it by using app ID and not App name.

Hi Omar - Binary Load is possible in Enterprise - what that document means is that you cannot use the APPID string of characters, but explicitly need to reference the .qvf file name. If you were to use Binary Load in Enterprise you would most likely store your .qvf files for this purpose in a similar manner that you would store your other file-based data.

Actually, my question is still not answered...

lets say, if I load single table on every minute basis...then app will not work properly ...is there any solution that  can be working  based on some script like we run it on sql server or some windows task schedular
