configure UDC with generic LDAP in Qlik Sense

Hello
My problem is this:
I installed my server qlik sense on one machine and I have another server on which my LDAP directory is installed. I want to recover my users in my QMC. I use UDC generic ldap to create my connection but I can not load the users.

Hi do you have information about configuring the LDAP, is there something else to do for authentication?

Make sure your "Directory Entry Attributes" under Advanced section are configured properly and labeled exactly the same as they are labeled in your user directory you are trying to connect to.
