Hi,
Qlik Sense server is installed on our customers server.
One user gets following message when trying to access the hub:
The message translates to:
No available qlik sense engine was found.
Refresh your browser or contact your system administrartor
This message is prompted before being able to log in.
I can't find relevant info on this error an have no idea how to fix this.
If I would ask for a TeamViewer sessions, which actions should I take?
Any info/help is greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Ramzi
did you check whether Qlik Engine service ans Qlik Service dispatcher are running properly?
They are running normal:
There are not yet many users at the moment, but only 1 is having this issue. We're still in the start phase.
Could this be related:

Have you assigned token to that user?
Yes, he has a token. The error message is prompted even before given the option to log in.
Hi,
have you tried to restart all services ? restart the server ?
have you tried to connect HTTP and HTTPS ?
Hi Ramzi,
Could you please post the proxy and engine logs.
Thanks,
Simon
HTTPS, as it's only one use who is having the problem, we didn't restart the services.
The project leader will contact the user first. Might be a connection problem. If that doesn't avail, I'll post the log files.
