How to Download Qlik Connector for google Big Query?

Hi Friends,

I need to connect Google Big query through Qlikview.My intention is to directly access cloud data and make dashboard in Qliksense.

I have created few dummy data in Big query but unable to connect through qlikview or qliksense.

Please tell me how to download Qlik connector to connect Big query.

In case some other ways are there please tell me

Also please guide me how to do this.

Hi,

The connector is not available to download for public. It is available only to customer or partners.

Contact your nearest partner to help you with that.

Also just FYI, it needs license to work.

Hey Anindya,

I'm missing a couple of points:

1) which version of QV and QS are you using?

2) is it a requirement that you extract data from QV instead of QS?

In case you need to use QV to extract data, you can download the QlikView BigQuery Connector from http://eu-a.demo.qlik.com/download/ (section Qlik Connectors)

Please be aware that this is quite an old version (version 1.0)

In case you don't need to use QV to extract data, then go on with QS.

With last release (November 2017) you can find with the ODBC Connector Package another version of Google BigQuery connector (version 3.0.3)

Another way, which is the one mentioned from Kaushik, is to use the Web Connectors: http://help.qlik.com/en-US/connectors/Subsystems/Web_Connectors_help/Content/Data-Source-Connectors/...

I am just doing an experiment to fetch data from cloud.

So either Qliksense or Qlikview I can use.

I am using Qlikview 11 and Qliksense 11.11.1 June 2017 edition.

After opening http://eu-a.demo.qlik.com/download/ this link I am not getting all the options you got.

R u a licensed partner of Qlik?

I am unable to download Qlik big query connector may be because i am using qlikview personal edition.

How much the connector license cost?

Hi Anindya,

yes, I'm a Partner, but I'm not personally aware of costs.

In your case I would suggest using Qlik Sense and using directly the connector from the integrated ODBC package.
