Qlik Sense Licences : clarification

can you clarify a point related to Qlik Sense Server Licence ?

i am not sure i understood perfectly the licence system

Do I need a qlik Sense Server licence to allow users to access apps ? or Just user tokens are needed ?

if Qlik Sense Server Licence is needed which one do I need

1. Qlik Sense Enterprise Core based Site ?

for another reason I need to display an app to external people (anonymous access wihtout token licence) like a window to the world (e.g. a web page)

Is Qlik Analytics Platform External Edition the right one (like we had Qlik Sense du QlikView Server IAS ?

if my clients are external but not anonymous I grant a token to them but which Qlik Sense server ?

When you buy qliksense server license you get number of tokens along with that license.

These tokens are needed to access qliksense

Qlik Sense Enterprise Core based Site is used to share very small apps only with 5 users

I buy a Qlik Sense Enterprise Licence and I get tokens to get along with it ?

but which kind of token and how many?

Does this means what Gajare said, if I buy  N tokens for users I will be delivered with the QS licence as well and this whatever the number of tokens I buy ?

there is no qliksense server licence price, you should buy a minimum of 5 tokers (each token is a licence for 1 user) to be able to get a server licence

So, 5 qliksense server tokens => i think they call it STARTER PACK

but call them to be sure (they update the price and the packs sometimes)

Hi Christian

In Sense access is granted through Tokens and can be used in 2 ways.

1. As a user token which grants a named user access to one or more apps based on their security privilages.

Or 2. As a session token which grants any user up to 10 hours of access per 28 days based on their security privilages

To take tokens out of the equation the Analytics platform would be a way to go.

Or a 4th option is if I understand your requirement correctly a static window on the world why not look at NPrinting to generate a HTML page of what you need from Qlik Sense and publish it to your website.
