Custom Table creation

Can we create a custom table using Qlik sense?

I have territory-wise sales data. I want to create a table denoting the distinct number of territories with above average sales and distinct number of territories with below average sales.

I have created an Inline table with values 'High' and 'Low'.

Can anybody guide me through this. Attached is the sample data set with the second tab showing the rough kind of output that is required.

Above- # territories having sales more than the average sales

try this,

=if(sum( [Total Sales])> avg(TOTAL [Total Sales]),...

or

=if(sum( [Total Sales])< avg(TOTAL [Total Sales]),...
