Cannot open both qmc and hub

Hi guys,

I have problem where my qlik sense server cannot open qmc and hub. Last 2 days it ok, but i cannot open this morning. Can anyone help me?

You can

1) check if the certificate is installed or make sure it is still there.

2) Qlik Sense uses PostresSQL database, please check if some other application is using this database, (this might cause the repository to crash)

HI Adam,

It seemed like one of your services was not running.

As Deva has already stated you can perhaps check what was happening to your server resources.

You can also go through the Windows Event log(s) to check if you can pick up any events/errors relating to one of your Qlik Sense services.

An additional note is to have perfom counters so that you can be able to monitor your resources and restart all Qlik Sense services more frequent.(during off peak)
