Is there a way to display measures vertically in a pivot table?

I am not finding this as an option to have my measures be the rows.

Is there an extension that anyone knows about that allows this?

It depends how you want it...

Can you show us a sample of what exactly your measure/dimensions are?

Yes you can;

Suppose u have 2 measures u want to show, sum(Expression1) and sum(Expression2) for example.

create a pivot table; as a dimension:

ValueList('Measure1','Measure2')

as a measure:

if(ValueList('Measure1','Measure2')='Measure1', sum(Expression1),sum(Expression2))

result:
