Hello,
I'm trying to configure 2 different automated alerts to be sent to some recipients via e-mail.
Unfortunately today I received the message: "Error: Internal fatal error".
I tried them both in a text box, using the subject as title of the text box, the message as content of the text box and the condition as conditional function in the presentation tab.
They work fine, giving me the expected results.
The last week, only one was published on the server, and we received the email as expected.
Do you have any idea why this error occurred?
My only idea is that the problem is that they work on 2 different bookmarks, maybe I should include the condition filtered on the bookmark directly in the script?
