yes, u should go with bar chart for comparison instead of pie chart.

u want create count/ total count  & show in your pie chart?  then try to create calculated measure like below

Count (your measure field) / count (total measure field) // this will give u the desired output.

If you are looking for a multi-level pie chart then Qlik Sense doesn't have that. But as luismadriz‌ illustrated you can have two or more measures per dimension and show them as a label text or even measure text - but you can only show one of them as a pie slice (sized relative to the total).
