Hello,

I've a problem in my QV application.

When I access to this one thru a navigator, some function like Export to excel, the button in charts are 'Grey' (picture Capture.JPG), means not usable. and as you can see in the picture (Capture2.JPG)  in attach (this is in another server) all function are correct and usable.

Do you know what could be the problem ?

This could happens if the port 4747 is anywhere blocked: QlikView Ports. You may ask your IT guys for checking if ports are blocked. Also the use of proxy-servern within your network may lead to errors and should be at least for checkings disabled.
