How to use varaibles in Calender_datePicker extension in qlik sense

I need some help regarding the Calender_datePicker extension. How to use varaible in Calender_datepicker extension in qlik sense..?

When i am trying to use the variables in Calender_datepicker extension, It not recognized... Could you please help me on this..

Thanks for the reply.

That is fine. But when we are taken KPI or other objects the variables well be reflected on same. But In my scenario... suppose I have a two fields like... startdate and enddate, In startdate the values  like 01-02-2015, 02-02-2016, 05-06-2017..... and enddate the values like 03-02-2016, 02-04-2016, 06-06-2017....

and I have created two variables i.e., one is for Vstartdate and other one is Venddate. I have taken Calendar_DatePicker extension and assign these two variable on Calendar_DatePicker extension.

After that the output will be show below

But the year is by default showing 2017 only, not go for next/previous years. Could you please help me on this..

In this above screen shot,

I want to range from i.e., 2016-2018 or 2018. But when i am taken two variables it shows, by default 2018.

Could you please assist me.
