count if multiple dimension

Hi Everyone,

Please help.

I'm trying to count those ID Conversations that were answered within 30seconds.

count id conversations if [tAnswered]<=30 and [nAnswered] =1

   

I just do not know how to insert the [nAnswered] condition on the below.

Count({<[Aggr tAnswered]={'<=30'}>}Distinct [ID: Conversation])

Hi Isabel,

If you want, reply to this post, then use the advanced editor and attach a sample of the data, just raw data with ID, Date, timetoanswer and if it was answered (1/0).

I'll prepare a qvf and will send it back to you for review
