No Data usually means that nothing was loaded.  That would also break any visualizations in the app.

I would duplicate the app and then run the Load and watch what is happening.  Then fix any errors and run again.

Have you checked the user has permission to access the app?   Security rules.

is there section access on it that is reducing the data to nothing?

Are you using extensions in the app that may not work with this version?

Hi Andy,

There is a security rules, but there is a read access for the app in the rule. Otherwise app will not appear in the hub.

There is no section access or extension. When I duplicate the app after the no data error, there is no script in the data editor

When did it start having this problem? Has it always worked and has just started erroring or never worked since it was published?

It was working earlier , issue happened after a data reload. The data reload was done earlier also but never faced this issue. The last modified by is sa_scheduler in qmc, which is the default user ID for running the task.

Duplicate the app into your work area and run the reload manually so you can see what's coming through.
