"Failed to open document" from Access Point only

I am implementing complex authorization using Henric Cronstrom's ( hic‌) blog as a guide (Basics for complex authorization‌). The data reduction works appropriately in the fat client on my desktop. However, when it is deployed to the access point, for any user that does not have <ANY> as the value in all fields of the section access spreadsheet, they get "Failed to open document, You don't have access to this document."

I'm in version 11.2 SR5. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nancy,

It should work if you would have followed the steps mentioned in HIC blogs. However, you may try referring the following threads who had similar issues in the past.

Section Access Works fine in desktop but not in Access Point
